It would make training and getting more staff members much more incentivized. I don’t understand why the rewards stop at a fairly early number. Another suggestion I have is giving us more rewards for cumulative staff level / number of staff. While I understand it is so that players that were not able to get the event Pokémon, or players that were not playing when the event happened, I think it would make event pokemon much more valuable if there were some levels that are made for event pokemon’s gimmicks, with non-event pokemon being the next best choice that can still get the order done without having all the gimmicks locked down. It is cool to get a new Pokémon, recently like Flareon and Vaporeon, but it’s pretty obvious playing through the levels that they are all designed to be solved by a non-event Pokemon, that is, by Pokémon you get through normal gameplay and unlocking new recipes.
One of the biggest suggestions I can offer is that more puzzles should be designed to be solved WITH an event Pokémon. I love the puzzle designs, the art style is unique and cute, and we are given new orders very regularly. I’m part of a great team and we usually are able to get all the rewards for a team event fairly quickly.
